Product Analyst

Welcome Real Time recruits a product analyst based in Aix en Provence as part of its worldwide product team. You have 3 to 5 years product experience related to software, acquired in web applications and/or mobile applications related to Enterprise solutions. You will help in specifying and following products through their entire life cycle. You are a good team player, yet autonomous. You are passionate, curious and flexible. You will work with product management team members as well as other colleagues from Welcome Real Time and the Collinson Group. You will help shape the positioning, design, development, management and launch of new products, services and value propositions.

Purpose of the job

Required competencies

  • Strong knowledge of mobile and/or web technologies
  • Ability to translate complex market research data and clients/prospects data into manageable and useful requirements
  • Proven working experience of agile methodology and agile tools (JIRA...etc...)
  • Ability to manage several aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Ability to coordinate and follow-up work done by R&D teams 
  • Additional knowledge of digital wallets, payment, loyalty, CRM, retail is a plus
  • Additional technical knowledge is a plus

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Professional English mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good team player with “can do” attitude, ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done, flexibility to work on various products concurrently
  • Energetic, passionate, curious about your products
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams (Sales, pre-sales, project teams ...etc)
  • Additional experience working with international teams is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years proven working experience in software, specifying and managing the development of web applications and/or mobile applications related to enterprise solutions
